Galco Holster - The Miami Classic Shoulder Holster

Galco's Miami Classic is quite possibly the most imitated shoulder holster system in the world, however, its quality has proven impossible to duplicate. This original shoulder system was first introduced by Galco in 1969 (then the Jackass Leather Company) and has since become the favorite of professionals worldwide.

A key component of this patented shoulder system is its spider harness. All four points of the spider harness can pivot independently and are connected by Galco's unique clover shaped Flexalon swivel back plate, which is a Galco trademark. This results in a perfect fit and lasting comfort for all sizes and shapes. This system is constructed of premium saddle leather and includes holster, harness and ammo carrier.

Info about Galco Holsters

Galco was founded by Richard N. Gallagher in 1969 as a small family business in Chicago, Illinois. Known then as "The Original Jackass Leather Company", Gallagher specialized in holsters constructed of horsehide.

In 1980 the name of the company was changed to Galco International, and in 1983 the business was moved from Chicago to its present home in Phoenix, Arizona. Already famous for high quality and innovative designs, Galco holsters gained worldwide notoriety when Don Johnson chose to wear the Jackass shoulder rig in the popular TV series "Miami Vice". Now known as the Miami Classic, this shoulder holster continues to be the most famous, recognizable, and imitated (but never duplicated) shoulder holster rig ever made.

Galco ANKLE LITE (ANKLE HOLSTER)

After two decades of universal praise for the Ankle Glove, Galco has added the Ankle Lite™ to the Concealed Carry Lite family of holsters. Using the same wide neoprene ankle band and Velcro closure as the Ankle Glove with Center Cut Steerhide™ for the holster, the Ankle Lite combines extended wearing comfort with unmatched security. Additional comfort is provided by sheepskin padding between the holster and ankle, while speed of draw is enhanced with a reinforced thumb break retention strap. The Ankle Lite may be worn with or without the optional adjustable calf strap (sold separately), and accommodates ankles up to 13" in circumference. Made for semiautomatic pistols, the Ankle Lite is available in right or left hand draw in black finish.
